Having lived in South Carolina since 1996 I've come to love the lowcountry of Charleston. It also doesn't hurt that I've not shoveled snow for almost 20 years!
Living 25 minutes from doorway to beach is pretty nice. Though it's hard to leave Park Circle, North Charleston. The new restaurants and shops popping up make it difficult to go anywhere else.

My writing career started several years ago. My daughter, Jessica, was working for my construction company to earn money for college. We were talking about some of the adventure movies playing in the theaters at the time, and felt like we could come up with a story way better than some of those bombs!
Over several weeks Jessie and I planned out our story and ran it by family and friends. The response to 'Perpetual Power', our first book, has been amazing. I hope you'll enjoy it as much as we enjoyed writing it!

We recently had a great visit to National Harbor outside of Washington, D.C.
As the kids get older it's harder and harder to get RJ, Jessica and Thomas all together.
But...they're still easily distracted...
